In World War Rising, the engineers have been laboring away crafting new equipment for our attackers, the Wolf Pack Equipment Set.

Firstly, let’s investigate the Wolf Pack Equipment pieces and see what advantages they bring to our Heroes!

Wolf Pack Equipment Pieces

(April 27th, 2021)

The Wolf Pack Equipment is specifically tuned to provide Attacking benefits towards your assailant Bases.

The stats below are at Legendary (Lv 6) unless otherwise noted.

Wolf Pack Alpha Helmet

The Alpha Helmet grants additional benefits towards attacking Bases.

  • 100,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack
  • 175,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor

Wolf Pack Courageous Coat

The Courageous Coat boosts your Health and Armor when engaging Bases.

  • 75,000% Base Attacking Troop Health
  • 200,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor

Wolf Pack Howler (Weapon)

The Howler weapon benefits your Rallies while also providing attack perks towards Bases.

  • 50,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack and Base Attacking Troop Health

Wolf Pack Feral Firearm (Secondary Weapon)

Similar to the Howler, the Firearm also serves other Rally and Attacking advantages.

  • 50,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack
  • 150,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack

Wolf Pack Predator Paw (Accessory)

The Predator Paw grants Armor Piercing and Enemy Health Reduction benefits.

  • 100,000% Armor Piercing
  • 50,000% Enemy Health Reduction

300,000% Armor Piercing and 150,000% Enemy Health Reduction when wearing three Accessories

Persistent Set Bonus

In the Weapons Lab, you will see a Persistent Set Bonuses section (1st tab). A Persistent Set Bonus is activated as soon as you acquire each of the Equipment Pieces in the Set required. The bonus will be confined by the lowest level piece you own. So if you have one Epic piece and the rest are Uncommon, you will get the Uncommon Set Bonus.

Keep in mind that you do not have to wear the Gear for the bonus to be active, as it is passive.

Wolf Pack Equipment Persistent Set Bonus:

  • 40,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack, Base Attacking Troop Health, as well as Enemy Health Reduction

Set 5 and 7 Bonus

Collect and wear all the pieces at level 6 to acquire set bonuses.

Set 5 bonus:

  • 15,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack, Base Attacking Troop Health, in addition to Enemy Health Reduction

Set 7 bonus:

  • 25,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack, Base Attacking Troop Health, along with Enemy Health Reduction
  • 60,000% Armor Piercing

The Set 7 Bonus will apply additionally to the Set 5 Bonus.

Upgrading

Wolf Pack Equipment

In the Weapons Lab, you can upgrade your Equipment Quality. Typically you would also be able to increase Set Leveling, but this particular Gear does not have any.

To upgrade your Flying Ace Equipment Set, you will need materials from the Wolf Pack Equipment Set Materials Crate and Weapons Lab Isotope 233. These material crates can be found in events and the Gold Store.

Wolf Pack Materials

Each of the Wolf Pack Equipment pieces requires specific materials per level to reach the Legendary level.

Wolf Pack Alpha Helmet

  • Fang Blade
  • Ranger Buckle
  • Wilderness Pack
  • Wolf Pelt

Wolf Pack Courageous Coat (Body Armor)

  • Eye of a Wolf
  • Ranger Buckle (2)
  • Wolf Pelt

Wolf Pack Howler (Weapon)

  • Beastly Barrel
  • Eye of the Wolf
  • Ranger Buckle
  • Wilderness Pack

Wolf Pack Feral Firearm (Weapon)

  • Beastly Barrel (2)
  • Fang Blade
  • Wolf Pelt

Wolf Pack Predator Paw (Accessory*)

  • Beastly Barrel
  • Eye of the Wolf
  • Fang Blade
  • Wolf Pelt

*Wolf Pack Predator Paw Material requirements are based on ONE Accessory; you will need 3xs the amount PER level for all three.

Do NOT upgrade the materials to level 6 as you need level 5 to complete the Legendary Set.

For example, to level your Howler from Rare to Super Rare, you will need:

  • 1,600 Weapon Lab Isotope 233
  • Level 3 Beastly Barrel, Eye of the Wolf, Ranger Buckle, in addition to Wilderness Pack Material

Next, check out the chart below to see how much Weapons Lab Isotope 233 you need to level your Equipment from Basic to Legendary.

Upgrading Chart

Upgrading

*requirements are PER Equipment piece

How does it Compare?

Last but not least, is this Equipment Set worth the time and effort to build up? How does it amount to the other Base Attacking Equipment Sets?

We will use the previous Centurion’s Equipment Set to compare before examining the differences between the two, specifically the Body Armor and the secondary Weapon at Legendary.

Centurion’s Honor vs. Wolf Pack Courageous Coat

Centurion’s Honor

  • 60,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack in addition to Health
  • 80,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor

Wolf Pack Courageous Coat

  • 75,000% Base Attacking Troop Health
  • 200,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor

While the Wolf Pack’s Body Armor does not provide Attack stats, we can still indicate that the Courageous Coat contains more Base Attacking Health and Armor.

In fact, the Wolf Pack Courageous Coat contains 2.5x more Base Attacking Troop Armor and 1.25x Base Attacking Troop Health.

Centurion’s Gambit vs. Wolf Pack Firearm

Centurion’s Gambit

  • 30,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack
  • 40,000% Base Troop Health
  • 60,000% Base Defending Troop Attack

Wolf Pack Feral Firearm

  • 50,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack
  • 150,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack

While the Weapons provide different Base bonuses, they both include Rally Troop Attack benefits for comparison.

The Wolf Pack Feral Firearm contains 1.67x more Base Rallying Troop Attack than the Centurion’s Gambit weapon.

Centurion vs. Wolf Pack Cumulative Benefits

Since the pieces vary with stats while having somewhat similar benefits, let’s put it in another perspective. We will combine the Centurion pieces, then the Wolf Pack pieces together before the additional bonuses to look at the bigger picture.

Below are the cumulative total across seven Legendary Equipment pieces before ANY of the Persistent and Equipment Set Bonuses

Centurion Equipment Set:

  • 60,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack
  • 150,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack
  • 120,000% Base Attacking Troop Health
  • 200,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor
  • 150,000% Base Defending Troop Attack
  • 80,000% Base Defending Troop Health
  • 60,000% Base Defending Troop Armor
  • 30,000% Enemy Health Reduction as well as Attack Deflection
  • 60,000% Armor Piercing
  • 25% Kill Shot

The stats above are based on one of each Accessory type.

Wolf Pack Equipment Set:

  • 250,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack
  • 375,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor
  • 125,000% Base Attacking Troop Health
  • 100,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack
  • 300,000% Armor Piercing
  • 150,000% Enemy Health Reduction

The stats above are based on three paw accessories.

Wolf Pack Equipment contains additional:

  • 1.67x Base Attacking Troop Attack
  • 1.88x Base Attacking Troop Armor
  • 1.04x Base Attacking Troop Health
  • 5x Armor Piercing and Enemy Health Reduction
  • Based on one Centurion Accessory, 1.67x based on three
  • 4.17x Base Rallying Troop Attack

The Wolf Pack Equipment Set contains no Base Defending, Kill-Shot, or any Attack Deflection bonuses.

When taking stats in mind, it doesn’t add much more for attackers. However, the Wolf Pack Persistent Bonus contains 40,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack and Health along with Enemy Health Reduction. This benefit is passive, as you don’t need to wear the Equipment to acquire the perks.
