Science Academy Upgrades
New boosts were added to Science Academy 3 this month;
- Base Attacking Troop Health: 3,000%

- Control Point Attacking Rally Attack: 1,500%

Serum Lab Upgrades
The Serum Lab received another 10 levels of upgrades, increasing Vial Duration and the number of ingredient slots. Additionally, there are new Vials and Ingredients for use.

- Crystalline Dust: Up to 150% Vehicle Health
- Glacial Wormwood: Up to 450% Vehicle Armor
- Cryptic Cap Fungi: Up to 300% Artillery Attack
- Slithering Slime: Up to 150% Artillery Health
- Mutated Clay Clump: Up to 450% Artillery Armor
New Emblems
There were quite a few new emblems this month, including those for Mercenary boosts, CP Boosts and Mercenary Transporter boosts.
Excursion Research Tree/4th Emblem Slot for Contraband
Excursion Research came to the battlefield bringing extra combat stats and unlocking the fourth Emblem slot for Contraband Equipment.

The Merciless Infantry Set was released, with a focus on…Infantry. The Vehicle set has released the beginning of October.

This research is directed at strengthening your Mercenary Troops.
Rampart Equipment Set Leveling to 50
Rampart Equipment can now be leveled to Set 50 which provides the following with Set Bonus;
- 4,000% Anti-Squad Member Armor Piercing
- 1,500% Anti-Squad Member Health Reduction
- 8,000% Counter Intelligence
- 5,000% Base Defending Troop Attack
- 12,000% Base Defending Troop Armor
- 4,000% Base Defending Troop Health
VIP 70
VIP 70 came to the Regions with combat stats and Research Awareness, which tells you which research is next in the queue.
New Intel Building Levels
The original stats climb, but new stats were added to the Intel Buildings this month. The updated max stats are as follows;

OK yes, they all are 5,000% max. I probably could have just written that, but it’s prettier this way!
Upgraded Merc Troops
These Mercenaries are now upgraded; Masquerat, Phantom X, Helicob, Sky Wagon, Airborne Brigades, Bombay 8-A, and Rally Mercenary Troops.
