One thing we know for sure about World War Rising is that it is a war game. Whether it is attacking, trapping, or defending against your adversaries. One of this game’s most essential yet thrilling parts is Rallies, especially when you have your Guild excited working together. Even though solo hits can be dominating on their own, it is always nice to have that slight edge if you have the right tools and players for it. We all know the stats are what can explicitly make or break your game. Listed beneath are some specific boosts that will help your Rallies be even bolder when you choose to ambush your foes.
In this guide, we will cover:
- What is a Rally?
- Reading a Rally screen.
- Maximizing Rally Capacity
- Where to find Rally bonuses
- Rally Checklist
- Interview with WWBD
- What guides should I read after this one?

What is a Rally?
A Rally is when a group of guildmates get together and join forces to hit an opponent. Typically it would occur when you need some support from your Alliance to exterminate more Troops, Claim a Control Point, or when you want to rush to zero someone and take too long to do so. Knowing your Troop composition is vital to make the most of your impact.
Usually, the strongest person in your guild would conduct a Rally. When I say the “strongest person,” this does not always reflect their power number but their stat numbers.
Sometimes “biggest is not always the baddest.”
Next, let’s go over some basics, such as starting a Rally and reading the screen.
Reading a Rally Screen
When you have a target you would like to Rally, click on the player, and don’t forget to battle mark them for taking advantage of the battle mark bonuses!
Click the Rally button.
Next, you will see a Rally timer screen appear; this allows you to select the time you’d like to give your Alliance and when you would like to send the march.
Once you have chosen the timeframe, add your Deployment accordingly. Sending a suitable troop composition is essential, as this will make all the difference, so make sure you know what your enemy base has.
When your Rally Leader has set the Rally, you may add your Deployment to assist your Rally Leader. Typically, it is crucial to discuss what is desired in the Rally, so you may be prepared to send it quickly.
Cannot find the War Rally Screen to add your Troops? Select the Alliance button located at the bottom middle bar.
Scroll down and tap the Alliance War to direct you to the screen.
Lastly, add your Deployment march into the Rally.
You may also tap on the War Room building located between the Embassy and Training Grounds and proceed.
Maximizing Rally Capacity
There are several areas to look into when it comes to building your Rally Capacity. The higher your capacity, the more your Guild can beef you up, the stronger your hit will be. Of course, this is based on the fact that there are stats to back up.
When locating the Rally Capacity benefits from the checklist below, they all will be labeled and sections more than once: Rally Capacity.
If the skill does not say “Rally Capacity,” it will be stated otherwise.
Let’s investigate the locations where we can strengthen our Capacity.

Alliance Research
Alliance Research is a skill tree found in the Alliance tab, not in the Research Facility, and applies to the entire Alliance once researched. Remember that the Alliance you are in determines the stats. If you join another Alliance, your stats will change accordingly.
There is some increased Rally Capacity in the Alliance Combat Research node.
Rally Boosts
Several clear-cut boosts generally get overlooked due to being focused on other things such as Soloing or Defending. If you plan to be a Rally Leader, then it’s essential to not only have your general boosts on par, but your Rally boosts to back you up.
Let’s go over the areas where you can boost your stats to exceed the expectations beyond your limitations when going off to war against your enemies.

Emblems
Equip Emblems onto your Equipment to further boost your Rallies. In contrast, there are other valuable Emblems beyond Rally-focused ones. Here are some Rally-focused Emblems along with their Set Bonuses (when applicable).
Note: Emblem Set Bonuses only apply when you have one Emblem from each of the respective sets.
For example, using the Rising Charge Emblem Set, you must have one Buffer, Muster, Convoke, and Inspire Emblem onto the same Equipment for the Set Bonus to activate. Remember that the Emblem Set Bonuses stack, so you can do it up to seven times.
Rising Charge Emblem Set
- Buffer Emblem
- 6,000% Rally Armor
- 3,000% Rally Health
- Muster Emblem
- 8,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack

Weapon Lab
The Weapons Lab provides additional advantages to your Equipment in various forms. Such as Persistent Set Bonuses, Upgrade Equipment Quality, Equipment Set Leveling, Equipment Enhancement, Enhancement Research, in addition to Enhancement Materials.
When your Weapon Lab reaches level 12, you can use Equipment Enhancements to boost your Equipment pieces. These enhancements are temporary, similar to Banners and Contraband.
Three Equipment Enhancements boost your Rallies. All of them can be applied to your Sidearm Equipment piece.

General Rally Tips
- Pay attention to the Rally Leader’s request BEFORE the Rally.
- Prepare beforehand and make sure all hands are on deck; sometimes, a roll call helps!
- If an incorrect Deployment was sent, the best way to handle the situation is to drop from your Alliance and re-apply to prevent Rallies from being canceled continually.
- Have one or two Alliance members watch the enemy Base for reinforcements; sometimes, it’s what makes or breaks your Rallies!
- Allow players with higher Squad stats to fill before other players.
VIP
VIP 196 unlocks additional Rally benefits beyond their stats; check out how the Rally Queue and the Rally Mismatch Alert can benefit your Rallies!
VIP Rally Queue
When leading a Rally, the VIP Rally Queue allows your Alliance members to copy your Deployment configurations. In other words, when you click the VIP Queue button, it will instantly add troops in the same ratio and troop type as your Rally Lead’s Rally.
When your Rally Lead sets a Rally, click on Alliance War.
Alternatively, the pop-up Rally notification appears in the Alliance tab; you can see the “VIP Queue” option next to the “Time until Deployment” time on the War Rally screen.
If you do not have the appropriate amount of troops, a pop-up notice will occur and ask you if you’d like to continue with however many troops you currently have.
This may affect the number of troops you would like to send out, such as not maximizing your deployment size. However, keep in mind that having a lower level to fill the remaining deployment size may affect the battle outcome in some cases.
Rally Troop Mismatch Alert
In your Rally, when sending troops (not using VIP Rally Queue) and you send Troops that do not match the Rally, the Rally Lead will get an alert notifying the wrong composition was sent.
This may not be beneficial in all scenarios since some players may need to send different troops intentionally to bolster the Rally Lead’s Rally. However, for the most part, it’s excellent to have when needing to pay extra close attention to proper troops being sent when a specific or in-depth component is requested.
When the Rally Lead sets a Rally and mistakenly sends the wrong troops, a mismatch alert will appear between the player and the timer. It takes for the march to make its way to the Rally boat.
Interview with WWBD!
Before we sum up the Rally guide, WWBD had reached out and volunteered to give input and answer some questions!
Tell us a bit about your Alliance. What makes you guys stand out from the rest?
(WWBD) RockyX: “In WWBD, we fill Rallies every day within our Region and outside of events too (and that is vastly different from others in our Region.) We win some, we lose some, but we always have a blast. We often target the higher CC, power, and overall stronger bases. Other Alliances I have been in either only focus on holding a CP and/or points on events. We’re organized anarchists. Not too many rules, but there’s definitely a method to the madness, and it’s a fun vibe.”
(WWBD) DistrictOil: “I left FF*8 in January and started WWBD. We wanted to start a community of killing, if you will. WWBD stands for What would Bobo do. Bobo is an old mate of mine that we’ve been playing these types of games for years, and he is a rally aficionado; that’s why I decided to call it WWBD. When you ask the question, What would Bobo do? The answer is simple, set a Rally.”
What would you recommend to get your members more involved?
(WWBD) DistrictOil: “We are a bunch of “givers” that share a lot, so our members always have Resources for Troops.”
What would you say is eminently overlooked when it comes to Rallies that should be known?
(WWBD) DistrictOil: “People in our Alliance love to read solid reports; the bigger the Base, the better the reports. That is what I think people overlook; just because the Base is 7B doesn’t necessarily mean it’s built correctly, and it’s our job to find out. I LOVE to free commanders so we can pick them up and kill them:
What was the biggest lesson you learned from Rallying that you wish you knew?
(WWBD) NateChiliDog: “Never drink and Rally, especially when there are game lagging issues. We lost quite a few good Mercenary Troops last time with a player with anti-scout on, not sure whether there were reinforcements in, while also unable to see AC, but blindly hit the attack button with a few speedups. We should have taken a chill pill, but then again, it was all in good fun.”
(WWBD) RockyX: “At times, we hit without scouting, and there are a few scenarios when that happens. It’s an empty base, we get capped, or we do some real damage. Every once in a while, it’s a close battle with little damage on both sides. We have some general formulas for the first hit, merc mix, larger troops, etc. Presets are helpful because speed is usually the priority. “”
Thanks a bunch again for taking the time to reach out and hang out with me to chat. Best of luck!
