Construction on the Science Academy is complete inside your base! This building brings permanent boosts to World War Rising and the potential for additional havoc and fire!

Where can I find the Science Academy?

The Science Academy is located directed to the right of the Hero Quarters. There is no unlock required, it is open automatically. The maximum level is currently Level 5. If you have the ability to craft boosts here there will be an icon over the top of the building.

5100,000 (T3)

How do I Obtain material to craft the boosts?

Materials are currently available both in events and packs. The most common materials, such as Kevlar Component, are found in most events. The more rare ones are included in Mystery Component Chests, and packs.

What is the benefit of the Science Academy?

The Science Academy allows you to craft permanent boosts for your base. There are five categories of boosts. Science Academy Level 1, Science Academy Level 2, Science Academy Level 3, Science Academy Level 4 and Science Academy 5. Each tab number denotes which Science Academy Level you need to have to craft the boosts; ie Level 3 requires Level 3 Academy. Within these categories, it is broken down even further. Recently the tabs have been reorganized to make it easier to find what you want. They are now listed in smaller subsections that open for a list and have more descriptive pictures and icons, instead of just listed down the page. This makes it easier to decide which category you wish to utilize.

Let’s take a look at the potential boosts and costs.

Science Academy Lv 1

There are 17 subcategories within the first tab. Each one has a different type of boost and uses different components. These all require only a Level 1 Science Academy.

  • Drops from Events: There are four here, all Missile Cooldown Time Reductions: If all four are crafted, the total cooldown reduction is 10%. You need Pistol Magazine Components for this.
  • Mercenary Troops: These are all Base Mercenary Troop Capacity increases. They use Kevlar Component for the first four and then move into Armory Camo Cloth Component and Sulfur Component. The total increase from all nodes is +15,000 Base Mercenary Troop Capacity.
  • Research: The three nodes here use Camouflage Netting Component and Diamond Component, with a total increase of 35% Research Speed.
  • Drops from Syndicate Targets: There is a 10% Missile Prep Time Reduction total here, and it requires Manganese Component.
  • Troop Health: This is a long section with 19 nodes to complete. They use Kevlar Component, Zinc Component, Armory Camo Cloth Component, and Sulfur Component. All of these nodes completed will give 420% additional Troop Health.
  • Construction:  Just as with Research, the three nodes here use Camouflage Netting Component and Diamond Component, with a total increase of 35% Construction Speed.
  • Infantry Health: This node mirrors the general Health node, using Kevlar Component, Zinc Component, Armory Camo Cloth Component, and Sulfur Component. All of these nodes completed will give 420% additional Infantry Health.
  • Vehicle Health: This node mirrors the general Health node, using Kevlar Component, Zinc Component, Armory Camo Cloth Component, and Sulfur Component. All of these nodes completed will give 420% additional Vehicle Health.
  • Artillery Health: This node mirrors the general Health node, using Kevlar Component, Zinc Component, Armory Camo Cloth Component, and Sulfur Component. All of these nodes completed will give 420% additional Artillery Health.
  • Operative Health: This node mirrors the general Health node, using Kevlar Component, Zinc Component, Armory Camo Cloth Component, and Sulfur Component. All of these nodes completed will give 420% additional Operative Health.
  • Special Unlock: There are two different boosts in this node.
    • Mercenary Research Speed: Using Jute Component, it adds a 200% total Mercenary Research Cost Efficiency.
    • Maximum Hero Stamina: Also, using Jute Component, it adds 20,000 Maximum Hero Stamina.
  • Production: These all use Kevlar Component, with a 10% Resource Production Capacity boost, a 5% Resource Delivery Capacity boost, and a 5% Troop Training Capacity boost.
  • Tier 1 Resource Production:  I’m not going to spend too much time here (many of you will have Intel Buildings instead of RSS buildings), but there are quite a few nodes all boosting specific Tier 1 resource increases. They use Kevlar Component, Camouflage Netting, and Diamond Component.
  • Gathering:  There are three different types of gathering boosts here. Resource Gathering Speed on a Syndicate Stockpile (20%) using Kevlar Component, T2 Resource Gathering Speed (50%) using Camo Netting and Diamond Component, and a total 375% increase in Resource Gathering Speed using Kevlar Component, Camo Netting, and Diamond Component.
  • Teleport Cooldown Reduction: There are 5 nodes here, totaling a 15% Teleport Cooldown Redux. They require Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
  • Hero: There’s only one node here, using Kevlar Component, with a 5% Hero Speed increase.
  • Troops: This section is a mixed bag. It has;
    • Troop Attack: A total of 100% Troop Attack can be picked up here, requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
    • Troop Armor: A total of 100% Troop Armor can be picked up here, requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
    • Infantry Attack: A total of 375% Infantry Attack can be picked up here, requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
    • Vehicle Attack: A total of 375% Vehicle Attack can be picked up here, requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
    • Artillery Attack: A total of 375% Artillery Attack can be picked up here, requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
    • Operative Attack: A total of 375% Operative Attack can be picked up here, requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
    • Deployment Return Speed: 5% using Kevlar Component
    • Deployment Attack Speed: 5% using Kevlar Component
    • Reinforcement Capacity: 50,000 using Kevlar Component
    • Rally Capacity: 50,000 requiring Kevlar Component, Diamond Component, and Gun Stand Component.
