This research allows promotion to T12 of the following Mercs:

Level 40 Fahrpanzer V
The Fahrpanzer V can now be leveled to 40 using Advanced Fahrpanzer V Vehicle Tags after 15, and Ultra Fahrpanzer Vehicle Tags after level 30. Its maximum benefits are:
- 160,000% Base Defending Troop Attack
- 180,000% Base Defending Troop Armor
- 1,000% Anti-Squad Member Attack Deflection
- 2,000% Anti-Squad Member Armor Piercing
New Economic Banners
Five new banners were released. Level 6 stats on these are:
- Construction Time Banner
- 50% Construction Speed (T4)
- Research Time Banner
- 50% Research Speed (T4)
- Construction RSS Banner
- 50% Cost Efficiency of Resources (T7) towards Construction
- Research RSS Banner
- 50% Cost Efficiency of all Resources (T7) towards Research
- Level 6 Special: Troop Training Combo Banner
- 50% Level 11 Troop Training Time Cost
- 50% Level 11 Troop Training Resource Cost
Molotov 300
Molotov can now be boosted to Level 300. Stay tuned in a couple of weeks for updated costs for leveling him, but for now, if you need more information on Squad Members, check out Recruit Squad Members in the Squad Command.
VIP 200
VIP levels now go to 200, with a new ability to utilize Rally Queue at level 196. This allows you to copy the Rally Leader’s deployment if desired.
Blitz Combat Adversary Research
This research is mainly focused on attacking and requires only Blitz Combat Adversary Research Dossiers to complete. There are no time or RSS requirements.
Science Academy Boosts
New Science Academy boosts were released requiring Gunpowder Components and Precision Spring Components. New benefits are:
- 100% Enemy Rally Deployment Speed Reduction
- 175,000% Base Attacking Troop Attack
- 90,000% Base Attacking Troop Health
- 250,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor
- 175,000% Base Defending Troop Attack
- 90,000% Base Defending Troop Health
- 250,000% Base Defending Troop Armor
- 70,000% Base Rallying Troop Attack
- 70.000% Troop Attack
- 40,000% Troop Health
- 90,000% Troop Armor

Equipment Enhancements were updated requiring Nitro Enhancement Kits (T2). The new maximum Level 10 Enhancements are:

- Steelheart 2 (Armor): 252,000% Base Attacking Troop Armor

- Precision 2 (Accessory): 52,500% Enemy Health Reduction
