After a fairly long wait, a new Hero has entered the battlefield in World War Rising. Leon is focused on Base Attack, and in this guide, we will discuss:

- How much does it cost to level him to the maximum level?
Who is Leon?
According to game lore, Leon is a natural leader of both Special Ops and large scale operations. He specializes in infiltration and priority target elimination.
Leon was available to be unlocked for free at release by claiming daily Global Gifts (note all servers may not have the same events at release in the future).
Leon’s current maximum level is 100, and the EXP costs to level are consistent with Ember. However, the Medal requirements are different. The costs to level Leon to 100 are as follows.

Leon’s main focus is Base Attack obviously. When skilling, you can make it most of the way down the tree maxing nodes, but you will run out with the 20,000 allotted (without additional skill points). At the bottom of the tree, it splits into three core troop type options; Infantry, Artillery, and Vehicle. The initial skill points (20,000) will allow you to max one of these three types, assuming the intent is to specialize in one. You cannot partially fill nodes and continue to the next one. Each node requires the one before be completed in full.
