  3. Nightingale

Good morning my fellow warriors and welcome to the first part of a multi-stage “How to Step Up Your Game” breakdown. This section will be “Utilizing Mercenaries to Enhance Command Center Defense”

There are many ways to set up an account and in this tutorial, we will cover the T4 defending method, utilizing T4 troops and specific mercenaries for the maximum output of your command center.

The name of the game is losing less than your opponent either by points in RVR or troop count so you have the ability to cap their hero. A lot of people ask me how can they step up against all of these level 50+ accounts when they are only 30+. Well, here are the ways that can be possible.

I will start off first by saying that Hero skill placement, hero selected ie. Talia and research are extremely important; however, with the strength of some players today that may not be enough for the lower level command centers to withstand an attack from a “Big”. So how do we counter that you ask? MERCENARIES!

Mercenaries are a massive tool in anyone’s arsenal if utilized properly. So let’s go ahead and break down the two different advanced methods today.

T4 Troop Defending

The T4 defending method is utilizing a mass amount of T4 troops in conjunction with mercenaries to boost those T4 to make them extremely resilient.

So let’s say your troop capacity is at 9 million. There is really no point in having T4 Ops so let’s build 3 million of each T4 troop (Infantry, Vehicle, Artillery). Now all these troops are T4 and have the base stats of T4. We’ve seen solo attacks and rallies that are killing millions of T4 troops in a single hit, so how can you stop that? This is where the mercs come in.

Machina

This Mechanic type mercenary is a dominant addition to any defensive account, by having these mercs in your cc (either your own, or if an alliance member reinforces you with them) can be a game changer, and you get more health more you have. While utilizing Machina as a defending support troop they increase the health of all Vehicle, Artillery, and Aircraft troops, but the more you have the more you get boosted, there are 2 known breaking limits and 1 unknown to exact numbers.

20,000- With 20,000 machina your vehicle, artillery, and aircraft troops are boosted by up to  2.5x the health of the same troops without the machina.

100,000- With 100,000 machina your vehicle, artillery, and aircraft troops are boosted by up to 7x the health of the same troops without the machina.

The next mercenary we will add to this mix will be the Medic of all Medics, that’s right!!!!! Nightingale!!!!!

Nightingale

This Medic type mercenary is like a tag team champion with the Machina because she increases the last T4 on the list, Infantry, she also increases Operatives however those are weak VS troops so I tend to not include them in my personal builds. The breaking limits for maximum effectiveness are the same as Machina.

20,000- With 20,000 Nightingale your Infantry and Operative troops are boosted by up to  2.5x the health of the same troops without the Nightingale.

100,000- With 100,000 Nightingale your Infantry and Operative troops are boosted by up to  7x the health of the same troops without the Nightingale.

Now as I said, there are 3 breaking points 20,000, 100,000 and unknown. This is the 2.5, 7, 10x troop health, the 7x is the highest proven troop count we have today and trust me when I say it is more than enough at the moment. If between your own troops and reinforcements from a buddy can reach the 100,000 of Machina and Nightingale, you will be a force to be reckoned with.
