In World War Rising, we are pretty competitive, and some of us like to stay at the top of our game, whether it’s the highest power Base or the best Trap player. Either way, with the releases, something new requires spending if you want to stay ahead of the game, and we all know that it can get costly at times. Ever since World War Rising was featured on Amazon’s Coinstoppable, we’ve received many questions regarding Amazon Coins and how to use them to get cheaper packs for World War Rising.

There are cheaper ways to acquire packs besides waiting for the discounted offers to come around. Amazon Coins can save you up to 20% when purchasing packs.

The #1 question we’ve received is: How do I use Amazon Coins?

In this guide, we will cover:

  • What are Amazon Coins?
  • Where to obtain Amazon Coins via Android and iOS?
  • How to Gift Amazon Coins?
  • Accumulating coins without purchasing

What are Amazon Coins?

Amazon Coins are the digital currency you can purchase through Amazon to use for in-app items in the game. You can buy coins in denominations from 300 to 50,000 at a time. The more you buy, the more significant discount you will get. The value is 100 coins is equivalent to $1.

Keep in mind when purchasing Amazon Coins, they never expire! There is no need to worry about using it all up at once if you’d like to save them for future releases or claim discount packs.

Check out the chart below to see how the coin packages work.

Where to obtain Amazon Coins via Android and iOS?

Android and iOS, unfortunately, have different methods of acquiring coins.

Android

Download the Amazon Appstore app

Click here for the Amazon Appstore App!

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to log in to your Amazon account to proceed. Search the game you’d like to download, and then once the game is installed on your device, you can enter the game. You will have to log into your game again.

Keep in mind that if you delete the other World War Rising app on your phone and only use the one through the Amazon app, you will NOT get notifications!

iOS

Amazon Underground is not available for iOS; therefore, it is a little tricky for iPhone users. There are other options available such as using your tablet or desktop.

If you decide to use your desktop, you will need to download Nox (Android Emulator) and then continue the steps mentioned above.

Chrishero100 has an excellent video with instructions!

Using Amazon Coins in-game

When you click onto the Sales section to browse packs and select the pack you’d like to purchase, you will see this pop-up.

pack buying

You can make three different choices; the first and second will be on the first tab.

Select Amazon Coins

Coin Selection

As you can see above, you can have the options to purchase the coins you ONLY or purchase more. For example, I needed 10,680 more coins to purchase a $100 pack. I can either use the calculated option and spend $87.74 or buy however much I’d like beyond that and save more in the long run.

For budget-friendly players, this helps save more regardless if you cannot drop $400 at once. For Whales, buying 50,000 coins at once is almost as if you’re buying five full-priced packs for the cost of four.

This works on discounted packs as well, which reaps in even more savings!

The last option is to select “Use 1 Click,” which typically doesn’t save you money.

Amazon has a rigorous refund policy; after a couple of refunds, they will ban you from purchasing, so when buying packs and make sure you get what you want!

How to Gift Amazon Coins

Want to purchase a pack or two for your friend or in-game lover?

Click on the Coins tab

Amazon Coin

Click on Gift & Claim

Gift and Claim Amazon Coins

Enter the email address of the person you’d like to send it to

Gifting Coins

Review the order and double-check the address, then submit!

You can also Claim Coins in this section as well, and yes, you can use Amazon Gift Cards to purchase coins on the Amazon website! You will need to redeem the gift card to your account, then purchase through the store in the game. It will use your gift card before your actual credit card.

Accumulate Coins without purchasing

Amazon GiftEvery day on the Amazon Underground app, there will be a little Orange gift at the bottom right corner that you can claim. It will contain anywhere from one to five Amazon Coins a day. While that may not be much, it does add up and contribute towards your total.

Gift

There are also promotions and special discounts throughout the year so make sure to check regularly for them!

The Earned Coins Promotion (only available in the US) coins EXPIRE after a year of the date they are gifted, so be mindful of that should you acquire any.

Special Thanks
